Marie Cutlip, is an alumna of Walsh University and earned her CPA License in 1991. Her diverse background includes working for Fortune 500 International Companies, heading accounting departments and serving as Financial Controller to privately owned entities. Marie has years of public accounting experience working with one of the top law firms in the area of business law. She understands what it takes to be financially successful and is a Certified Financial Specialist. Marie stresses integrity, honesty and quality from the firm’s team of professionals and its clients. She offers first hand experiences, a common sense approach, and is able to bring her clients peace of mind. She has been married to her High School Sweetheart for over 40 years. She has two daughters and two granddaughters and enjoys spending time with her family. An avid swimmer, she enjoys scuba diving and snorkeling.

Stephanie Bissell received her A.A.B. in Accounting from Stark State College and her Bachelor and Master Degrees in Applied Mathematics from the University of Akron. She is our resident Quickbooks guru and has been working with Marie Cutlip at Better Financial Solutions since 2008. During this time, she has performed a variety of tasks, including income taxes, bookkeeping, and payroll. When Stephanie is not working at BFS, she enjoys teaching at a local college, volunteering, and spending time with family. She strives to be environmentally friendly and cultivates an awesome garden every year.
Ashley Holsopple joined the team at BFS in early 2015. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Walsh University in 2016 with a B.A. in Accounting, and soon will be preparing to sit for the CPA exam. She previously graduated with 4 A.A.B.s with concentrations in Corporate, Tax, Forensic, and CPA Accounting from Stark State College in 2013. She has 13 years of experience in customer service. Specializing in small business issues, she enjoys helping everyday businesses grow to their full potential. She helps her spouse, Tara, run her small business in her spare time, and understands the joys and challenges of building a business from the ground up. She is also a personal organizer, artist, crafter, and enjoys watching movies with her spouse and 2 cats.
Kelly Vanhorn has been working in the accounting and customer service fields for over 25 years as a bookkeeper, payroll tax specialist, and client liaison. Her loyalty and sense of humor make clients feel at ease. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, watching Ohio football, reading Stephen King novels, and spending time with her two cats.
Tina East holds a Bachelor degree in Business with a concentration in Information Systems. She has over 30 years of experience in customer service, communications, and conflict management. She is an IT liaison and client advocate specializing in bookkeeping and tax preparation. She has worked for Fortune 100 companies and Not-for-Profit entities. From her love of music, she directs a local choir and plays music with her 3 children. She has been married for 17 years and enjoys reading in between her children’s many activities.
Debbie Wooldridge came to BFS in 2015 as an Executive Assistant. She graduated from Stark State College with an A.A.B. in Business Management. She has 30 years of administrative, customer service, and retail experience in the fields of gas and oil, leasing, and retail merchandising. She is a vital component of the BFS team with her vibrant personality and business organizational skills. Debbie thoroughly enjoys kickboxing and spending time with her two dogs.
